The Dos Of Cake Care

  • Support the bottom of the cake box when carrying.

  • Place cakes FLAT on vehicle floorboard during transit.

  • Store cakes at temperatures at or below 68 degrees Farenheight.

  • Keep cakes refrigerated until 45 minutes prior to serving.

The 'Don'ts' Of Cake Care

  • Do not lift or carry cakes using only the sides of the box.

  • Do not hold cakes in your lap or place them on a seat during transit.

  • Do not place cakes in direct sunlight or temperatures above 68 degrees Farenheight. 

  • Do not allow to cakes to sit at room temperature for a prolonged period of time

Terms Of Service

- Payments are made via invoice


- Orders require a 50% non-refundable and non-transferrable retainer which serves to reserve your date as well as cover the cost of supplies related to the order and time spent developing a custom design for the order.


- King Kakes & Katering LLC does not recreate exact replicas of another cake artists work or our previous work. Inspiration pictures are welcome to assist with the creative design of your custom order.


- King Kakes & Katering LLC cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions or medical conditions that may occur as a result of consuming our products. It is the sole responsibility of the client to notify us of known allergies and medical conditions and also to inform their guests of possible allergens.


- King Kakes & Katering LLC is not responsible for any damage that may occur after the order leaves our possession. This includes pickup by a representative on the client behalf.

- Some designs contain inedible pieces. It is the sole responsibility of the client to inform their guests of such. King Kakes & Katering LLC cannot be held responsibility for medical conditions, allergic reactions, or harm resulting from these inedible pieces.

- These are custom orders therefore all sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges.
